Rocket agree to terms on a one-year, one-way AHL contract with Danick Martel

LAVAL (July 6, 2022) –The Laval Rocket announced on Wednesday that the team has agreed to terms on a one-year, one-way AHL contract (2022-23) with Quebec-born forward Danick Martel.

Martel, 27 (5’08” and 176 lb) spent last season with the Laval Rocket, where he recorded 17 goals and 16 assists in 70 games. Martel also recorded nine goals and six assists in 15 playoff games, helping the Rocket reach the Eastern Conference Finals.

A native of Drummondville, Martel signed his first contract with the Laval Rocket in July 2021.
